At the office of Democracy Today NGO, we welcomed the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Marieke Monroy, and Defence Attaché Adry Huybregts.
The main focus of the meeting was UN Security Council Resolution 1325 and the Women, Peace and Security agenda. We discussed our organisation’s work in this area, upcoming initiatives, and opportunities to strengthen women’s participation and engagement in peace and security processes.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss potential areas for future cooperation.
