Democracy Today NGO, in cooperation with the Danish organization Nunca Más- International Network for Human Rights and psychosocial response, conducted a seminar in Vanadzor on the topic “Strengthening Community Resilience to Disinformation.”

As part of the seminar, a lecture on “Media Literacy and Disinformation” was delivered by trainer Armine Vardanyan. The session explored the importance of media literacy, safe online behavior, tools for identifying disinformation and information manipulation, and the role of critical thinking in navigating today’s information environment.
During the second part of the seminar, psychologist Inna Hayrapetyan facilitated a forum theatre session, engaging participants in discussions of real-life situations and encouraging them to view challenges from different perspectives, better understand social and communication dynamics, and develop analytical and response skills.
Through active discussions, participants shared their experiences, raised concerns, and reflected on the impact of disinformation on community life, social relations, and decision-making processes.
