“Democracy Today” NGO, in cooperation with the Danish organization Nunca Más- International Network for Human Rights and psychosocial response, conducted a seminar in the city of Vanadzor on the topic “Strengthening Community Resilience to Disinformation.”

Within the framework of the seminar, a lecture titled “Media Literacy and Disinformation” was presented by Armine Vardanyan.
During the session, participants explored skills for navigating information flows, the importance of media literacy, as well as various forms of disinformation and manipulation.
In the second part of the seminar, psychologist Inna Hayrapetyan presented the topic “The Impact of Elections on Mental Health.” The lecture focused on stress, anxiety, and information overload during electoral processes. Participants had the opportunity to share their experiences and receive practical advice.

The training was accompanied by active discussions, Q&A sessions, and thematic interactive games, contributing to a deeper understanding of the topics and the exchange of experiences.
